Bungalow Full Renovation – St. Albert, Alberta

This St. Albert bungalow underwent an extensive transformation, including approximately 1,600 sq. ft. on the main floor and 800 sq. ft. of developed basement space.

The main floor was extensively renovated from the framing and drywall stages through to the final finishes. The new layout includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open-concept kitchen, dining and living area that completely changed the feel and functionality of the home.

The basement added approximately 800 sq. ft. of finished space, including two additional bedrooms and a dedicated laundry area.

From major demolition and layout changes to the new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, drywall, painting and finishes, the project transformed an older bungalow into a bright, modern and functional home.
